Karin Pigment DecoBrush Markers x 4

Karin Pigment DecoBrush Markers x 4

These pigment Decobrush markers provide the ultimate creative freedom. They are flexible and versatile brush markers filled with rich acrylic paint. This opaque paint can be used on all kinds of materials, such as paper, metal, glass, plastic, wood, textiles and lots more! It can also be used on dark surfaces and will be just as richly pigmented. These colours can be easily blended until the paint is completely dry to create beautifully smooth gradients and tonal transitions and once dry, the paints become waterproof and permanent.

The Pigma Micron from Sakura contains a permanent, pigment-based ink that will not bleed or run if liquids are spilled or applied after the ink has dried. The free flowing ink is also UV ray and chemical resistant which will keep the ink from fading over time, ensuring your creations last for years to come. This pen is a necessary tool for multi-media projects as it can be layered and used with virtually any other media.

Got this box in the sale

I got this box in the sale for £8 and it is amazing value for money the pens are great quality and so is the paper. If I saw these pens in a shop I probably wouldn’t have bought them but after trying them I will definitely be picking up more colours when I see them. The question is would it be worth the £25 subscription price probably not I’d say I’d be around the £15 and still class it value for money.

Can’t work with these pens

I don’t know if I got a bad batch but I really could not get these markers to work nicely. The tips are too soft so any amount of pressure ruins them so the no long make a fine crisp clean line. My markers were also dry. Able to get pigment out but I would have to go so slowly to match the speed of the ink. Made 4 art pieces and I think I need to give up on these pens. They make me feel like I’m a bad artist when it’s the tool that is causing the problems.
