Conte a Paris, Pastel Pencils
Conte a Paris Pastel Pencils, Set of 6032 Umber, 031 Bordeaux, 033 Dark Grey, 037 Indian Yellow, Black and White.
These artist grade pastel pencils form Conte offer a soft and easy to apply pigment. The colour payoff is bright and bold for clean looking colours. They have a creamy texture which allows for a lovely smooth flow across the page when sketching ans colouring. The ease of application allows you to confidently get creative with your expression! The hard wooden barrels are on the larger side with a 8.5mm diameter. Good news for those who don’t like the texture – the wooden barrel should also protect your fingers from picking up too much dust.

Shadows
Avoid using just black or grey to form your shadows. The shadow of your subject will be the same colour but darker.

Sharp Point
Great for adding in delicate details like fur, feathers and hair. Point not sharp enough? Grab some sandpaper (or a nailfile!) and run the tip across to hone the tip.
