Refund policy
CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order and request a refund at any time before your order is delivered and up to fourteen days after you receive your purchased item. We will always try to replace a faulty item or in the event that a purchase has been lost on its way to you. If a replacement is not sufficient, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products in accordance with the ScrawlBox refund policy (see below).
OUR REFUND POLICY
If you cancel an order within the 14 day cancellation period (see above), ScrawlrBox will refund you as soon as possible. The refund will be processed, if not immediately, within fourteen days of the day of our receipt of the returned products. ScrawlrBox has a right to deduct from your refund any reduction in value of the products caused by any/your handling of the products beyond what is necessary to find out what the products are and the condition of the item.
To obtain a refund, you can email us at support@scrawlrbox.uk, or use the contact page. When contacting us please give us your name, address and order reference as we require proof of purchase and it’s the easiest way to find your account.
Unfortunately we do not provide return labels and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to ScrawlrBox.
SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS
Each box subscription is a single order forming part of a regular delivery of goods. If you decide to cancel a box subscription and require a refund, it must be within fourteen days of receiving your monthly box.
RETURNS
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless under exceptional circumstances. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Refunds usually take 3-5 working days. If you haven’t received a refund in this time, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are lost, defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@scrawlrbox.uk and send your item to: ScrawlrBox, 27 Kilbirnie Place, Glasgow, CG, G5 8QR, United Kingdom.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. Gift cards expire after 1 year if not used.
Shipping

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
