While I'm pretty much incapable of doing anything too artsy with these materials, with the quantity of paper you get, and the seemingly low stakes that come from using these weird crayons on it, this box ends up being pretty chill.
For me, it's became a box about doodling for doodling's sake, and sometimes that's all I want or need.
The paper is a bit surprising in the sense that it feels ultra thin and weak, but it works astonishingly good with the paint marker you get... Yes it buckles a bit, and if you're too rough you'll rip or overwork it, but like, it works better than you'd think! You also get a lot of sheets, as I mentioned before, so it's not so sad if you do end up ruining one or two.
I've also used other paint markers on the paper and they work just as well on it as the included one. If anything the riskier thing to use on the paper is the pencil, so don't be too heavy handed with it.
The crayons look super fancy in their little carry case, and the selection of colors is nice (though I would've certainly loved to get a few more of them!). In terms of actually using them... I found it somewhat difficult to be precise with my coloring. Eventually I simply stopped trying to be clean with them.
