Not great

Very little communication, order sent a month after being placed (I know, RM strike, but we received orders placed elsewhere), then when we finally received it, the package contained ONE pencil. The package was supposed to be my child's stocking fillers so had a mild panic. They sent out a replacement but honestly, who sends only a pencil?!
