Each box provides you with a selection of art supplies and inspiration, but we also want to help spark your creativity. Every month we’ll give you a challenge word or phrase to be interpreted however you wish. The challenge is to try and create something using only the supplies in the box! Then share your artwork with us and the rest of the ScrawlrCommunity using the hashtag #ScrawlrChallenge

First try with Inktense

I found the zine helpful and appreciated the tutorial, artist's insights, and material intro. I wouldn't have bought the sticks (prefer using pencils) so found it valuable to be encouraged beyond what I'm comfy with by the curated supplies. I'm enjoying exploring them and the mark making. So far I like making imprecise marks with the sticks on previously laid, granulating washes,

Great fun and value for money

I always look forward to receiving my monthly scrawlrbox. It comes with great art supplies which far exceed the price you pay for the subscription and I always wonder how they do it. It comes with a booklet showing how to use the supplies and inspiration from an artist and I just love it.

First box

This is the first Scrawlrbox I have had. It contained things I haven’t used before- which is good. I started the prescription with the intention of broadening my art skills. It is “my time” to experiment and learn. Very good experience.
