Updates for order shipments 

For all international customers - update 3

Royal Mail are shipping letters and parcels they have with them already. They have asked no new parcels to be shipped at the moment.

For our EU customers:

In regards to the last round of subscription boxes that were sent out- the December 2022- there was an issue with the IOSS number. We have found out why this month’s subscription boxes have been met with an extra charge, it seems like the Royal Mail (Our postal service) has not passed on the information correctly in regards to the IOSS number. The IOSS number is a number that shows that all fees have been paid as it is included in the purchase of the subscription. We are looking into this and we are sure this is a one time thing and the Scrawlrboxes going forward should not have this issue. We can only apologise for this and if you need an invoice or anything from us to contest this extra fee please let us know at support@scrawlrbox.uk.

For all international customers:

The Royal Mail have asked us to suspend all tracked, tracked & signed and standard international shipments because of a cyber attack. This means that if you have placed an order  or have a subscription with us, this will not be shipped until the Royal Mail says it is safe to do so.
